Rossendales, is proud to have been awarded the BIBA Leadership Team of the Year Award.
The Be Inspired Business Awards took place at the world famous Blackpool Tower. With a champagne reception and four course dinner the event most definitely lived up to its name as the ‘Business Oscars.’ The event managed to attract an impressive 750 people from Lancashire’s top performing companies. The food provided by Heathcote’s, the entertainment, Spandau Ballet’s Tony Handley and solo artist Stephen Bayliss were excellent and Rossendales would like to thank the sponsors for their support and the Chamber of Commerce for organising such a spectacular event.
With such a huge guest list it is not surprising the BIBA awards stand as the most ambitious event for business in the North West. Rossendales felt that reaching the final four in itself is an achievement, and actually winning the award is an accomplishment that recognised both the Leadership of the Company and its employees.
Rossendales’ Managing Director, Julie Green-Jones said: “We are absolutely delighted to be named Leadership Team of the Year. We’ve worked hard to get our management structure right and our team dynamic is currently the best it has ever been. The BIBA’s are renowned for attracting the cream of Lancashire’s business talent, so to win this particular award is excellent recognitions for us.”
