Chris Bloodworth,  Business Development Director

Chris began his career in local government enjoying 24 years working in various roles, from Housing to Revenues. He became Customer Services Manager for Revenues and Benefits and was responsible for setting up a corporate customer services ‘one stop shop’ for a Unitary Authority in South Wales.

In 2001 he left local government and spent 5 years as a Revenues Consultant working on numerous projects, which included undertaking due diligence for a London Borough and being part of a high level team working on the Centre of Excellence for an East England project. Chris also developed and produced a Revenues Training Needs Analysis as part of a TNA suite of transactional products.

Chris joined the company in 2006 as a Business Development Executive where he assisted in the development of new business and delivering training courses to clients.  In 2007 he was appointed Training Director to the newly launched Rossendales Training Company and has managed and developed this new area of business, which has accumulated in the Training Company recently being accredited by the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV).

Chris is a corporate member of the IRRV and an executive member of the South Wales IRRV.  Chris has lectured in the Law of Council Tax, Revenues Administration and Introduction to Management modules, he also lectures at the pre-examination courses held at Keele University.  Chris continues to develop and expand his knowledge; he has recently attained a law degree (LLB Hons) and has a master’s degree in business administration (MBA).

In February 2010 Chris was appointed as Business Development Director, taking responsibility for the marketing and development of the business, managing the business development executives and working on the business tenders.
