Rossendales Collect has developed a tracing service to compliment its collection strategies.
We are dedicated to the tracing of absconders, allocating specific resources to achieve the best possible results for clients in this specialist operational area. We use market leading electronic tracing methods and run your cases through three electronic tracing databases within 3 days of receipt.
The results of those traces will be communicated electronically to you within a further two days (i.e. the results of an electronic trace will be transmitted to you within 5 working days of you issuing). Where electronic tracing is unsuccessful we are able to escalate our tracing activities to undertake telephone tracing by triangulating telephone queries around the last known address.In addition to this the use of our Nationwide Doorstep Agents making discreet enquiries ensure high success rates in this field.
