Julie Green-Jones, Chairman

Julie has been with the company since 1989 becoming Operations and Legal Services Director in 1999. She became Managing Director and majority shareholder in 2007, progressing to Chairman in 2010.  She successfully oversees the management of over 250 bailiffs and 165 supporting office personnel. She is extensively involved in the growth and advancement of the company and responsible for writing and implementing many policies and procedures for both bailiffs and staff.

Julie has developed and leads a strong board of Directors, voted Leadership Team of the year twice running in 2008 and 2009 at the prestigious Lancashire Business Awards (BIBAs). She has an excellent working relationship with her co-directors and management team, demonstrating great motivational skills and a flair for getting the best out of her staff. Julie ensures that the individuality of each client is encompassed within the working practices of the bailiffs and staff allocated to each particular contract.

She provides clear and concise operational direction to ensure that the needs, quality, expectations and collection rates of all Rossendales strategic partners are met. Julie is the immediate past President of the ESA (Enforcement Services Association) having been an elected member for many years. She is also a member of the Associations examination committee and a member of the Institute of Legal Executives.  She sits on the Steering Committee working closely with the MOJ and SIA on the draft regulations, Licensing Criteria and proposed Fee Structure under the Tribunals Courts and Enforcements Act.

Julie’s success has not gone unnoticed and she was nominated for both the “HSBC Business Woman of the Year” and  the “Unique Women in Business Award” sponsored by Nat West in 2007. Julie’s business talents were ultimately recognised in 2008 when she was awarded the prestigious Chamber of Commerce 2008 “Woman in Business” accolade, swiftly followed in 2009 when scooping the title of Lancashire Business Woman of the Year (BIBAs).
