By Debit / Credit Card via the telephone – 0845 078 1194
The card payment line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please ring 0845 078 1194, you will need your card details and your Rossendales reference number to hand. There is an 80p charge on Debit cards transactions and a 2.5% charge on Credit card transactions.
At a Post Office or Payzone Outlet
Using a letter that includes a payment barcode, you can pay at any outlet displaying the Post Office or Payzone Logo. There is a 50p charge payable on top of the amount you wish to pay, for example if you wish to pay £100.00 you must pay £100.50.

Cheque or Postal orders made payable to Rossendales Ltd and quoting Rossendales reference number, should be sent to:

We have the right to charge a fee for dishonored Cheque’s and they will not be represented.
At a bank
By one of Rossendales pre-printed Bank Giro Credit Slips, into any branch of Barclays Bank, this will incur a Transaction fee charge of £1.20. You may pay at any other bank but they will charge an extra fee of between 50p and £5.00 for this service. For example if you wish to pay £100.00 you must pay £101.20. Please note payment by bank giro credit can take up to seven days to reach our account. You must make payment early enough to reach our account on or before the date payment is due.
