They are extremely responsive to the councils requirements and their administration and telephone support are excellent. The company has also supported our recent chartermark application, provided a free training session to staff and attended a joint meeting with the Citizens Advice Bureau.. There have been very few complaints from taxpayers since we started using the company. I would like to thank Rossendales for their support. I have to say Rossendales as a company are streets ahead of the competition. The staff at Rossendales are very friendly, positive and well motivated.
