Tenant Tracing
If you happen to have a tenant who has absconded premises owing you rent, then you can instruct us to trace a new address for you. We only charge a fee for successful traces & the cost is only £20 + VAT. To instruct us to this then please complete the form below and select the ‘trace only’ option.
Once we have a successfully traced a tenant, you will be pleased to know that we can chase the tenants for the outstanding arrears. We do not charge any upfront fees and you will only be charged if recoveries are achieved.
