Allan Traynor, FCCA IRRV
Allan joined Rossendales in 2009 having spent 39 years in local government in Scotland where he was been responsible for a range of activities but his main area of expertise is in the revenues and benefits field where he is a highly respected practitioner. He was, for many years, an advisor to the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA) where he represented Councils in discussions with the Scottish Government and DWP. He is an active member of the IRRV and was National President in 2007. He is an IRRV Council member and following his move south of the border, he is now a member of the West Midlands Association Executive.
Allan has extensive experience in delivering training having been a course tutor for the IRRV in Scotland as well as a regular speaker at conferences and seminars.
