Chris enjoyed 24 years in local government in various roles from Housing to Revenues, where he was Revenues Manager. He then spent 5 years as a Revenues Consultant working on numerous projects. He is experienced in delivering a wide range of soft skills, revenues, customer care and telephone coach training courses in the private and public sector. Chris is a very enthusiastic trainer and brings his unique energy, experience and presentation skills to all his training courses.
