Dave Chapman, IRRV (Hons) MESA Customer Services Director
Dave has been a corporate member of the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation since 1995. He was elected to the IRRV National Council in 2005, the first member of the bailiff and debt collection profession to achieve such status, and serves on the Law Research and Education Committee. In 2008 he was also elected to the Chair of the IRRV Revenues Faculty Board. Dave is a regular speaker and college tutor for the IRRV – he teaches at Bury, Catterick and Swindon colleges and Keele University.
