Mike Shang, IRRV (Hons) MESA Managing Director
Mike has over twenty years experience in Local Government and Revenues, and is a current committee member and a past president of the Lancashire & Cheshire Association. He is also the Enforcement Services Association representative on the law and research committee of the IRRV. He has been a college lecturer for over thirteen years for the institute and is the current examiner for council tax. Mike's background enables him to bring his knowledge to his training sessions, particularly courses covering Council Tax, Business Rates and the Laws of Distress.
