Paul is a highly experienced Revenues practitioner with a varied and successful career in senior management positions in local government. He is an executive member of the Northern Counties IRRV association and was a lecturer in the law of Council Tax for IRRV students at Durham College. He is experienced at delivering training in best practice covering local taxation and Sundry Income for local authorities. Paul also provides training in telephone negotiation skills via collection workshops with emphasis on PhoneCoach® and customer care techniques
