Peter Joyce IRRV (tech)
Peter has a wealth of experience within Local Government, having worked closely with over 25 Local Authorities and a number of private sector companies during his seven year career. Having spent the last two and a half years as a freelance consultant he has produced and delivered a wide range of HB/CTB courses, which have always been well received. He has also worked on a number of long term projects including developing content for a specialist HB/CTB website and producing a comprehensive intranet based procedure manual.
