Selby District Council used Chris from Rossendales for a couple of two-day Council Tax courses. These were as an introduction/overview of legislation for a newly formed Customer Service Team. The team found the information valuable, the presentation enthusiastic and professional. I have no doubt it has made a difference not only to the people who attended the course but, as a consequence, the customers they serve. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Chris and Rossendales Training in the future.
