Simon Kramer, Business Performance Analyst

Simon joined the Rossendale team in early 2008. He has a wealth of knowledge of performance management having spent over fifteen years in Finance & Accounting starting his finance career with Kleinwort Benson in London. Simon’s career has included senior finance positions for a wide range of commercial organisations and a period as Finance Director with The Oxford Contact Group Plc a commercial debt collection agency specialising in debt purchase . Simon provides training on Microsoft Excel at all levels for Rossendales and has been responsible for the development of Rossendales innovative and ground-breaking collections forecasting models.

Rushcliffe Borough Council has used the services of Rossendales Training Ltd to deliver training to Revenues Services staff on a range of Council Tax topics from advanced liability issues to detailed and technical enforcement matters.  The courses are interactive and the training has always been delivered to the highest standards.
