In April 2014, new regulations were introduced under the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 which delivered:
- clear fee schedules;
- greater protections for debtors (who we refer to as customers); and
- training of enforcement agents (EAs) to prescribed standards.
To help answer questions that advice sector and MP caseworkers may have about the new regulations and Marston's own policies, we worked with caseworkers and other experts to compile a guide to enforcement. This also sets out sources of further information, including the contact details of certain key staff.
