I found the PhoneCoach training course beneficial as it made me aware of new techniques to use when on the telephone. I have already applied several techniques. I felt the course gave me more confidence to talk to customers as it equipped me with new skills to recover money.

I thought we could all benefit from each other's experience of telephone collecting; reviewing each call was well worthwhile. We were made to feel very welcome and got on well together.

I found the training course extremely useful. The course gave me new ideas, confirmed that methods we are using work and also made me realise there are a few new methods we need to introduce. I particularly enjoyed the recent Committal course I attended in December 2008.

It really makes you think twice of the language we use when speaking to customers and how we can inadvertently send out mixed messages to customers about the importance of paying their rent when dealing with calls

Pennine Housing 2000 – Calderdale 

Rossendales delivered some phone training to the income team at Pennine Housing 2000. What was delivered was informative, interactive in a fun way and had a common sense approach.

At Pennine, we had got stuck in a rut with the conversations we were having with tenants about rent arrears and needed a new perspective. We were worried it was going to be a lesson in pure debt collection at any cost. What we got was practical advice and guidance along with a lesson in good practice, while maintaining a payment focus. The trainers, with their backgrounds, understood the difficulties both we and our tenants face and how to balance their needs with ours. They have genuine enthusiasm for rent account management that rubs off on you.
